Who is responsible

This website is operated by ErezAgent. For any question about this notice or your information, write to hello@erezagent.com.

What we collect

• Forms. When you book a demo, apply for early access or ask about a partnership, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, role, the option that describes you best, and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a campaign link or another website, those campaign parameters and that referring address.
• Email. If you write to us, or if your email app sends the prefilled message, we receive that email.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

Form submissions are sent straight from your browser to our own ErezAgent installation, which runs on infrastructure we operate, and are kept there as a lead record with an audit entry. We do not use a third-party form service.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and to follow up on it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies. It does not use advertising trackers. The forms keep campaign parameters for the current browser session only, in your browser’s session storage, and they are discarded when the session ends.

No analytics run on this website at present. If we add analytics, they will be cookieless and aggregate, and this notice will be updated first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@erezagent.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

The ErezAgent product

ErezAgent itself is self-hosted and runs on your infrastructure. How the product handles data is described in the product privacy policy and the End User Licence Agreement.
