The AI Company Operating System.

ErezAgent helps owners build, run and improve a business. It connects your goals and decisions, AI agents and your own team, and your customer operations in one system that runs on your infrastructure. You set the direction and approve what matters.

  • Self-hosted on your infrastructure
  • Approval-gated actions
  • Full audit trail
  • Windows, macOS, Linux
ErezAgent Board Room synthesis on the goal of ten paying customers: the recommendation is to proceed with conditions, followed by the evidence the Board asked for, the conditions and falsifiable assumptions with check-by dates.

Most AI tools answer questions. ErezAgent runs governed work. It keeps the context, the authority and the record as a goal becomes a decision, then missions, then real actions in your systems.

It helps you decide what to do, works out how the work can actually get done, governs it, measures what happened and keeps the lessons for the next decision. You make the decisions.

01

Governed execution

Agents act only through named skills and connectors, and every action passes the same checks: role, risk, autonomy tier and spending limit, with approval where the risk calls for it. The model can reason about a change; that does not give it permission to make one.

02

Evidence-backed strategy

Executive roles deliberate on your goal, and the Board says where the evidence is thin instead of manufacturing certainty. Approved direction becomes a measurable objective with stated assumptions.

03

Runs where you decide

The application and its primary data stores run on infrastructure you control, installed with a guided installer on Windows, macOS or Linux. Connected cloud services receive only what each integration needs.

Start where you are.

ErezAgent does not need a finished plan. Pick the path closest to your situation. Nothing is created until you confirm it.

From a goal, or no idea yet, to a running venture

Start with a goal, or with no idea yet.

ErezAgent researches opportunities, the Executive Board evaluates the direction, and approved plans become missions that agents and people carry out.

  1. 01Shape the goal, or find the opportunityUp to five short questions turn “I want ten customers” into a measurable brief. With no idea yet, state the outcome you need and ask for opportunities: you get a ranked shortlist of real options, with near-duplicates kept out.
  2. 02Let the Board debate itExecutive roles challenge the plan and state what evidence is still missing.
  3. 03Approve, then runYou confirm what to create. Approved direction becomes missions and agent work.

One loop, from intent to measurable value.

Every objective names the value it should create, how it will be measured and which assumptions it depends on. Results return as evidence for the next decision.

Your company, alive on one screen.

The Command Center is a live map of your organisation. Every node is a real agent, grouped and coloured by department, with the ErezAgent neural core at the centre. It is where you see what is happening right now.

  • A real agent behind every node

Hover a node for its name, role, department, status and trust level. A node pulses faster and larger while its agent has work.

  • See who is working with whom

Lines show the real relationships: an agent that owns an active mission, and a delegation between two agents as it happens.

  • Inspect without leaving

Click a node for its profile, current mission and recent delegations, and jump back to the conversation that started the work.

  • 3D or 2D, one venture or all

Switch to a flat view with a department legend, or pick a venture to see only its activity.

  • Decisions beside the picture

Pending approvals have Approve, Reject and Discuss buttons. Live operations, a CEO snapshot and your cost today sit on the same page.

  • Identities you chose

An agent with a configured name and avatar shows it here. Identity only changes how an agent is shown, never what it may do.

Describe your business. Review the model. Then it is configured.

  1. 01Your materialUpload business documents or describe how you work.
  2. 02A proposed operating modelErezAgent proposes how the business operates. Each item shows whether it is verified in your material, inferred, an assumption or missing.
  3. 03Your reviewYou review and approve the model. Nothing is configured before you do.
  4. 04Configured for youApproved items become records, stages, roles, rules, checklists, workflows and customer pages, with a record of each change and rollback for what can be undone.

Configuration is limited to the capabilities the platform supports and the services you have connected.

Test a decision before you commit to it.

Compare alternatives on the same frozen snapshot of your own data. Every input says how well it is known, and a missing value stays missing.

  1. 01Compare alternativesPut two to four options side by side.
  2. 02Evidence and gapsEach input is labelled observed, verified, external evidence, assumption, inferred or unknown. Unknowns stay visible.
  3. 03Calculate and stress-testA range for each option, the inputs that would flip the decision, and stress tests such as a drop in revenue.
  4. 04Board reviewThe Executive Board challenges the computed figures.
  5. 05Your approvalYou approve one option. The approval is tied to the version you reviewed.
  6. 06Work and measurementIt becomes an objective, a mission and tasks. A daily check compares what happened with what was expected.
Decision Lab evaluation of the scenario "Take another retainer client, or hire part-time help": each option shows a range for net contribution over 12 months with a confidence label, evidence chips for observed and assumption inputs, an input that cannot be estimated because it has no value, and the inputs that would change the preferred option.

How Decision Lab works

When the work needs something you do not have yet.

A step that needs a missing capability is flagged before the mission runs. ErezAgent lists the real ways to close the gap, ranks them with stated rules and shows why one comes first.

  1. 01A skill or agent you already haveChecked first, using what is configured and recently used.
  2. 02A connected app or automationIf the capability only needs to be switched on or connected.
  3. 03Create or configure oneA draft is prepared and nothing becomes active until the owner approves it.
  4. 04A person on your teamA task owned by a person, tracked in the same mission.
  5. 05AI with a person reviewingFor work that needs a human check before it counts. The reviewer is a person you register, and the record shows who decided and how.
  6. 06Outside helpOnly when you switch it on. It is off by default and works by hand: a brief you approve, an engagement and each payment you approve, and delivered work you accept.

How capability gaps are handled

Your daily operating view.

Chief of Staff shows what needs your attention, what is prepared for you, what was handled while you were away, which commitments are still open, and what to watch.

It opens with a briefing built from real signals, and you approve or reject on the same screen.

See customer operations

  • A branded support page. Cases are triaged: a reply to a low-stakes question can go out on its own with an audit record, and urgent, churn-risk and sensitive cases go to a person

  • Document requests with reminders and a review queue
  • Customer pages with your name, logo and address

From goal to governed execution.

Five steps, one continuous record. Scroll through a run in a demo environment, from a stated goal to an approved action and the evidence it left behind.

  1. Start with an outcome, not a prompt.

Type or say what you want to achieve. ErezAgent shapes it into a goal brief with a metric, a target, a timeframe and a scope, then offers the drafts it implies: a company priority, a venture or an objective.

Nothing is created until you confirm it.

You receivea goal brief with a metric, a target and a timeframe.

Fig 2.1Executive Office: a stated goal becomes a brief. Nothing has been created yet.Product footage from a demo environment with sample data.
  2. Executive roles debate before they agree.

The Executive Board brings company and venture context, history and current evidence to the goal. Each role answers on its own, a challenge round surfaces disagreement, and the synthesis lists the evidence still missing.

Where the evidence is thin, the Board says so.

You receivea recommendation, the evidence still missing and assumptions with a date to check them.

Board Room cards: COO and CTO each recommend Proceed with Conditions, with confidence percentages, open questions and stated disagreements.
Fig 2.2Board Room: positions, confidence, open questions and stated disagreements.Product footage from a demo environment with sample data.
  3. Approved direction becomes missions and agent work.

Missions are planned against the capabilities that are actually configured. Forty-one specialised agents carry out the work through 260+ named skills, and people and agents can own the same tasks. Each task follows a professional practice for its department, with required steps that close only when a matching record exists.

A step that needs a missing capability is flagged before the mission runs, with ranked ways to close the gap.

You receiveplanned missions and tasks, owned by agents or people.

  4. Actions that matter stop and wait for you.

Sending, publishing, deploying, deleting and spending carry a risk level and an autonomy tier. Low-risk work can run on its own; higher-risk actions create an approval; the most critical never run autonomously. Where you set a review policy, a named person reviews the work too.

You approve or reject in the app, or from Telegram if it is connected. Money, contract and outside-sharing approvals are web only.

You receivean approval card with a risk level and a preview of the action.

Approval Center: a medium-risk skill invocation waiting with Approve and Reject buttons, then cleared after approval.
Fig 2.4Approval Center: a medium-risk skill invocation waits for the owner.Product footage from a demo environment with sample data.
  5. Every step leaves a record.

State changes are written to an audit log that the application cannot edit. Cost is measured per agent, model and mission, and results flow back to the objective they were meant to move.

You can see what happened, who approved it and what it cost.

Control is part of the runtime, not a dashboard on top.

Low-risk work such as analysis, drafting and research runs without asking. Sending, publishing, deploying, deleting and spending wait for your approval, as does anything an agent policy or a cost threshold gates. The owner can let Approval Rules approve eligible gated actions automatically, up to a risk level the owner chooses, never Critical. A reply to a low-stakes customer support question can go out on its own with an audit record; urgent, churn-risk and sensitive cases go to a person. The most critical actions never run autonomously, and everything is recorded in the audit log.

The language model reasons about what should happen. The execution layer decides whether it may happen now, must wait for approval, or is blocked.

Governance and security in detail
T0 – T3Autonomy tiers
T0 runs immediately, T1 and T2 create an approval and wait, T3 never runs autonomously. Default policies keep contracts, payments, deploys, commits and content deletion behind approval.
RLSDatabase isolation
Tenant data is separated by PostgreSQL row-level security, forced on tenant tables, with explicit service-layer scoping on sensitive queries.
Self-hostedYour installation
Your servers, your database, your AI provider keys. Provider keys and connector credentials are encrypted at rest.
AuditA record you can trust
Execution state changes are written to an audit log that the application’s database role cannot edit.

One place to run the day.

Executive Office is where you state goals, ask questions and launch work, by typing or by voice. Everything it starts is tracked against an outcome and is held to the same approval rules.

Talk to the company.

Chat, the command bar and voice all run through the same assistant, so a conversation resumes wherever you pick it back up. A goal stated in plain words becomes a brief, not a surprise.

What ErezAgent is not.

  • Not a chatbot. Answers become objectives, missions, records and actions, each with a state and an owner.
  • Not unrestricted autonomy. Low-risk work runs on its own when policy allows; agents cannot talk their way past a control.
  • Not an automatic hiring agent. It can prepare a brief for an outside specialist, but it does not hire or pay anyone and has no marketplace integration. Outside help is off until you switch it on.
  • Not remote management. A provider connection reports status only. It cannot update, back up or run commands on your server.
  • Not a tax-invoicing system. Billing produces usage statements and invoice drafts. Local invoicing and tax rules stay with you.
  • Not a replacement for a professional. A practice is guidance and steps that need a matching record. Work is called reviewed only when a person reviewed it and a record shows it, and nothing is described as certified, compliant or audited.
  • Not a forecast. Decision Lab gives conditional ranges from the inputs you gave. It is not a guarantee.
  • Not a promise of perfect inference. Business Twin and software delivery work from evidence, and still need human judgment where the evidence ends.
